I'm hoping the EC can find some illegal activity and bring them down. I'd happily walk away with nothing to see that happen. They were in business with $1.3B fraudsters, so it won't be surprising if they ended up participating in illegal activity.
You should be asking yourself why the equity committee has not provided any evidence to the court about criminal activity by management. That is very suspicious. They are instead painting the picture that management is innocent and victims of Platinum. They never protested the bonuses or the CIC payments.
buffalo is going to have to do their job for them since they do not want to do anything against management. The equity committee has failed to go after management and are not representing the wishes of the shareholders. They are painting a false story where management did nothing wrong.
