Who's really in charge at ISBG? Did the company itself issue that press release or was it an interested party making promises on the company's behalf....like this one...."International Spirit and Beverage Group Inc. (OTCPK:ISBG) management is pleased to announce that the company will show its second consecutive profitable quarter when ISBG posts third-quarter financials next week."...that the company has already failed to keep?

http://satprnews.com/2016/12/31/isbg-to-report-2nd-consecutive-profitable-quarter/

This appears at the end of the release:
Contact Information:
International Spirit & Beverage Group
Gregg Boehmer
Contact via Email
isbg.global

I didn't recognize that name.
It turns out that Mr. Boehmer has only been publicly connected to ISBG on one other occasion and that was in the Top Shelf Brands Holdings Corp. (DKTS) Financial Disclosure signed by Alonzo Pierce on 11/29/15. It said:
"On November 18, 2015, DKTS made an offer to note holders of $347,000 of debt. 75% (260,625) of the notes would be moved as equity into a Series B Preferred Class of Shares and the note holders would receive the remaining 25% in DKTS shares.
List of Note Holders:
Eastern Distributors, Greg Labute, James Erickson, Gabriel Ferrer, Jefferey Hengdesh, Micaddan Marketing, Nicolas Wallace, OTCGP, Raymond Ciarello, Shane Hengesh, Gregg Boehmer, Lou Fortunado, Steve Cao, Ting Jing Yuan,"

So the contact for the recent ISBG press release at one point was a note holder in DKTS.
Is he now employed by ISBG?

Some of the information in the release has been confirmed by "ISBG@DrinkISBG" in the https://twitter.com/DrinkISBG/ twitter account, which is linked on the ISBG.global website. That link establishes ISBG as having the legal responsibility for the content of the tweets of ISBG@DrinkISBG.

The press release was issued through a news distributor (http://www.pr.com) that the company has never used.

A brand new press release distributor and a new company contact (no phone number provided) who happens to be a former note holder of a dark/defunct affiliate.

"ISBG to Report 2nd Consecutive Profitable Quarter"
We'll see. Or will we? If the LAST Quarter was profitable why wasn't it ever reported?
