only question is, who are the party's involved in the refinance / new owner negotiations currently ongoing?

and will Gerald be a part of it going forward?

I say cut all ties with any/all former flunky management from AMBS

bring in a "silver haired bio-tech CEO fox" who has multiple years experience, and can navigate the pitfalls of Wall St.

get ride of the 'Opportunist' kid - he's absolutely clueless

and he's done enough fatal damage to last a lifetime...
