and it has yet to come to anything resembling fruition, but it did occur, and as I suggested in my previous post, Franklin has had other, far more important, fish to fry in the interim, so I'm not pointing fingers or ascribing blame because nothing has happened - so far.

This is how I happened to learn about IHDR, from this PR. And if their EC V works as advertised, Franklin in Bolivia would be a great place for some "real-world" field-testing of this thing.
