Than why did the SEC announce back in 2013. That companies can use social media (FB/TWITTER). To get out company NEWS. As long as it complies with their requirements. Can be a COST EFFECTIVE way to get out news for a start up company like DNA.
If you mean Social Media is just gossip. When everyday posters post. I agree.
