Call me crazy, but it does not seem obvious to me that Elysium is in a position to be throwing its weight around. Elysium currently has a single product, in which they have invested huge amounts, and they are completely dependent upon Chromodex to supply it. If Chromodex turns off the spigot, Elysium is dead in the water, and all of the customers Elysium invested so heavily to cultivate can turn to other distributors as quickly and easily as typing "amazon.com."
