Once the DCTH cleans this up. YES. will take time.the proof in my previous post. cash is much higher current cap( same case), FDA approval(same case). even same Equity Financing. need time.imo

it wont take place overnight and could decline more but since you'll never time it perfectly, I would ratter to keep my few shares.
