The facts are that the reverse stock split is the last piece of the puzzle in '17 which will allow huge profitability for all existing stock holders. In '16, they significantly reduced the toxic debt. Q4 will show the first strong revenue stream, and Q1 '17 will show a huge boom in revenue. The reverse split will get the PPS to a more attractive level. Normally, reverse splits are a bad sign, but that is company's that have their financials out of alignment (i.e. high debt, high expenses, and little to no revenue). BMIX will be different.
