They will keep the remainder of any proceeds from the sale of the ETD commodity in the shell companies coffers. The only reorganization left will be IMSCQ stock. This will be done with a new issue of stock. Current shareholders will be kicked to the curb. This is how I see the IMSCQ story unfolding from here. This will make the company an attractive shell for M/A.
