There is a severe opioid addiction issue in many states general population let alone prisons. Plus, think about the vets in VA treatment centers suffering from opioid addiction. Yes, a state and/or federal contract would be huge no question about it. I asked that question some time back and actually received a response. Yes, the company indicated trying to go down that road but that it is quite difficult.
