Intel doesn't have to sell their shares. They can do whatever they want. Once FCC approval comes the stock price should start to rise. This holdup is what's putting the drag on any movement, as I'm sure you know.

NJM, were you around in 2014 when they got FCC approval for the M100? Wondering if they experienced the same delays.
