With POG action as of late, and high risk of continued inaction on Pedro's part...I'd check back in on this mid-year.

I have no other current sub-penny plays...but biotech as a sector is hot now.

It's a gamble but a lotto ticket worth holding onto. I am guessing it moves this year but wouldn't recommend playing it if you weren't ok with letting it possibly sit for a good long while.
