I faintly recall the initial 3 people are on 1/10th maximum dose. They then increase dose for the next six people to 10 times initial dose for a maximum dosage profile.
I also believe their long term target treatment is the initial lowest dose.
I could be wrong, but that is my recollection from past video presentations.
