that is the question I wish I could answer. but as of Nov 2016 with only 31 millon o/s shares. zero debt. and with legacy assets and other (albeit non-producing assets) this is not the typical subpenny sub-dollar otc company. they also recently updated/changed their website.

in wait and see mode for now. :-)
