I think they treat patients on first come first serve basis. Only my opinion however.

I monitor clinical trials and have never read a protocol that would require a certain number of subjects to be enrolled before being treated. There may be a short washout/screening period prior to the first treatment visit so we cannot know for sure if treatment has taken place yet. Any data collected prior to the study closeout is confidential. The only people that would know of initial results would be the Theralase/CRO study team, the investigator and the subject that is treated. Im sure there must be an extended follow phase included in the protocol as well.
