The reason is very simple :
We are in Israel , former audit firm is in Texas .
There is 8 hours time zone difference between Israel and TX ( for instance , in Israel it is 6am know ) .
Now that we grow and getting ready for marketing and the start of revenues , we need an audit firm located 10 minutes from our offices , in the same time Zone with are....
