#5756 RE: Emptyhead #5754

Emptyhead, you are sadly mistaken about $100 per share for CHK.

My prediction calls for $100 sometime in 2020. Grilfriend was only trying to insult me as she usually does. Let me defend her.

CHK management is doing a great job reducing cost and dept. They have over 7 million acres of drill-able targets through out the US. Assuming these targets are worth about 10,000 per acre; they have a considerable amount of acreage they can sell to pay down debt. The land will only go up in value so it might be worth $20,000 per acre by the time they put it on the market. CHK is also the #1 natgas producer in the United States and #7 in the world so this is not small company.

I see CHK being debt free by 2020 and cash flow positive. I also see a dividend and stock buy backs to increase share price. And maybe a 2 for 1 reverse split.

So assuming management continues to control cost, eliminates debt by 2020, and is cash flow positive, they should easily reach $50 per share. This leaves only one thing standing in the way of reaching $100. WORLDWIDE WEATHER!!!!!

Worldwide Weather is the key to increasing US exports and the key to reaching $100 per share.

Some folks believe in Global Warming. Others believe that a mini ice age is just now getting underway. I've spent 1,000+ hours researching the coming weather and have managed to convince myself rather easily that global cooling is going to get seriously nasty going forward. So, if I'm right $100 is a shoe-in! If the global warming people are right, I see the company eventually folding its tent!

Here's a nice video to show why I say $100: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?shva=1#inbox/159737f5ebaefb17?projector=1
