It's going to be awhile before we see the impact of the Nov 16 vote. I live in Washington and it took 2 years for the legislature to setup the bureaucracy, rules and taxation. The last item was the most important to them and they screwed it up by overtaxing and sending costs soaring. They simplified it into one tax after underground sales kept flourishing. Too greedy. So it could take awhile before all the new states establish legislation, allocate licenses and allow businesses to open. California has had medical marijuana so long that they might be able to shortcut it a little but I doubt it. They're so big, there will be many people fighting for their share of the pie. I don't expect Kush to see new revs for at least a year.
