That's the millions dollar question. Hard to say as the entering entity is a private company and not obligated to disclose their financials. It's in that company that the value is locked up.
That said, not all RM's generate excitement. 'The Street' ,must know something about Achieve Life Science as they are rewarding the deal both in term of pps appreciation and the volume that is being generated after the release of the news. We'll have to await additional news on the financials to know for sure.
