I don't think so, but I might be wrong! However they did receive the Orphan Drug Designation by the European Medicine Agency as well as from the FDA for the PC therapy combination (CIAB + Ifosfamide). I am not sure if the encapsulation system alone has the green light to be produced en mass and sold. Although I have heard comments that it does!
