So WNBD "is" already investing or they "may" be investing if both sides can close on the LOI?

Also how far out is the LOI closing date?

Just trying to wrap my head around how a company(WNBD) which hasn't been able to afford to even keep its financials up to date or stay current on OTC Markets is even able to supposedly fund your project...especially since over the course of the past 2 years WNBD's sales/revenues have fallen off a cliff.

Last best estimate is that Eric Lehner may be lucky if he's even generating $100K per annum in gross sales after losing the shelf presence of WNBD products in all of Canada's big box stores except for Lowe's
