Kim issued a PR in August saying he had changed the name with the Delaware Secretary of State:

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/new-generation-consumer-group-incs-urban-mining-ventures-announces-joint-venture-partnership-otc-pink-ngcg-2154614.htm

(Aug 31, 2016) - New Generation Consumer Group, Inc. (OTC: NGCG) ("NGCG" or the "Company"), who has recently changed its name with Delaware SOS to Urban Mining Ventures Inc

Of course, that wasn't true and the name still shows as "NEW GENERATION CONSUMER GROUP INC." with a file number of 2187549

You can see for yourself here:

https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/Ecorp/EntitySearch/NameSearch.aspx

Kim never released any PR saying the name change wasn't happening. Why, he even changed the name on the official website, despite the fact he failed to actually change the company's name with the proper authorities.

There are a few recent posts on this, for example

Efforts to explain away that failure are most amusing. The name change was called "absurd" and "incomprehensible" even though Kim HAD changed the name on the website, a fact that apparently escaped notice.

You see, changing the name only serves to show up NGCG's failure to do a single thing they've promised. That's the reason for the angry huffing and puffing about the "absurd" and "incomprehensible" name change.

"Urban mining?" How'd that work out? "Victory Resources?" Lets make up an unsubstantiated tale of "escape clauses" to explain the reality away.

It's better for NGCG to huff and puff and pretend the whole embarrassing thing never happened.....
