Retail distribution to Bristol farms$$$

There is no distribution here. Nate is trying (no done deal yet) to sell directly to Bristol since he cannot secure a distributor.

Should Nate ever secure a distributor THAT would be a material event. The catch of it is he cannot afford the marketing budget a distributor would require. Actually, he cannot afford to make 3 cancakes to sell to Bristol either!
