The company has literally sat idle since 2013, yet we need a conspiracy theory to explain the decrease in volume?

It really is intriguing isn't it?? I mean...this thing should have been run into the dirt at least two years ago...and it hasn't happened.

If there isn't a conspiracy theory to explain the lack of volume...there must me be some solid reason why the heck this thing ISN'T @ .0001!!
