FONU may not have a CEO, especially after the current CEO was admitted liability and he is not allowed to be an officer or director of any public company.
Shapiro was not so lucky. They are going after him, and the feds may go after him next. I doubt he'll get 20 years in prison, but probably deserves it. Kinda like a Bernie Madoff, but the Ponzi scheme and crooked activity (IMO) appears to be just what Joel Jake Shapiro does for a living. His kids must be so proud of crooked daddy.
