1. Aren't you agreeing with me on major suits? "I think the major pending suits in Fairhome and the Perry Appeal will benefit pretty much everyone from the way the complaints are structured."

2. I don't think Trump is the kind of guy to say I'm going to avoid making a deal with the majors (many of who are friends and allies) and get FnF out of gov control because someone else takes the "do or die" approach. I think he makes his case and says if you want to go that route then we (admin and litigants willing to settle) will move on without you and prepare to die on the vine.

Certainly $ running out would be a catastrophe.
