I have no idea what Frits Oberts, CEO of LTHU wants to do. Probably he prefers that the few stock holders with several million shares in their accounts sell them cheap?
I know, that the mm`s like, when share holders get tired of holding on for a long time suddenly sell, while they have a temporary short position on those shares.
The long time silence of LTHUQ management, means to me, that they do not have any favorite intention for the remaining share holders, otherwise they could have send a little crumb of a sentance like "we are still waiting for-----" or "the reorganisation is over soon".

I maybe wrong, I have been wrong before, but this behavior of a decent company management is not normal.
