O/S will not remain 2.2m but even at fully diluted market cap still low compare to market potential if succeeded. don't forget fully dilution will change the company w/more $29m.  "The aggregate proceeds of $32.2 million will be used to fund our ongoing operations, commercial activities and clinical development programs, 
including our global Phase 3 FOCUS Trial and our global Phase 2 HCC/ICC program. 
 We believe this committed financing will provide us with the
resources to execute our clinical development program through the 
end of 2017, while also supporting our commercialization efforts in Europe. Of the net proceeds, $3.0 million was available immediately and the balance of $29.2 million is held in certain control accounts".
