I concur. I anticipate VHUB will dissolve after paying dividends to shareholders. I will venture a bold assed guess of about a dime per share. One unknown is December revs and earnings. Purchase price was likely derived as a factor applied to revenues, but with some soft variables such as IP and non-competes, goodwill, etc.
