I don't think it matters much what these guys do anymore. I think the fix is in and the deal is done at $.30 a share or now the new $3.60 a share and that's the end of it.

I have long believed that the only thing this deal is good for is getting China goal joy on NASDAQ exchange. That's what the entire mission is about as far as I could tell. Easier to get BIO-key listed and then absorbed by gold Joy then trying to get gold Joy listed on their own.

At any rate, it's game over for the individual BIO-key investor. What a sad finish after holding onto this company for 15 years
