Any of you who have been in buddy-buddy contact with Will should tell him the filings need to come out immediately. He should learn how to live up to this "good" CEO status. Walk the walk, don't just talk the talk. FILE THE SEC DOCUMENTS!
Perhaps McCusker had not been informed he needs to file reverse merger documents with the Nevada SOS.
I doubt he is the control person who changed the info page on the OTC Markets site.
The Nevada SOS registry states Tracy is still in control of this shell, but yesterday it was stated another company is servicing a transition to McCusker and Co.
