Please provide your source for this as I don't believe it can be accurate.

Any documents not protected under Presidential Privilege would be open under the Freedom of Information Act, and if not there, would be definitely discoverable in a lawsuit. Without the presidential privilege, there is no legal reason to withhold the documents. I would think this would have come up before.

If I'm wrong though, I'd love to see a source to support it.
