Wow. You got me there. A letter from Igor. There's an unimpeachable source. And so the urban legends go... Really, it comes down to whether you believe everything (including the spin) that the folks from Baltia put out as truth, or if you want some corroboration from another source. It seems that most of the folks (pro and con) have concluded that Igor was less than forthcoming on a lot of things and was a major problem in this whole endeavor. But.. believe what you wish. A letter from Igor would only make me believe the opposite on most matters.
