It is...for the first time in a while there is almost 100K shares on bid support at 15 cents or higher...

I think it will be only a matter of time before it moves...it didnt take too many shares to get up its highs.

This all depends on the drill results...if positive it will have strong legs. If results are negative, well, not a good start for me in 2017.
