That he bought shares indicates that he thinks the SP will rise and that a deal isn't on the table right now.
Selling now while we still have the stink on us is probably a disservice to the SH.
The IP is too juicy not to attract BP in the near future, is my guess.
The SP has keen staggering to it's knees and that's a good sign.
