So PHOT should be on the grey market after all?

Pretty sneaky for PHOT to use and submit a 15C form themselves. This is always supposed to be by the MM sponsor, not the company.

Maybe that is why FINRA booted them back to the OTC pinksheets and back to unsolicited quotes only (no MM sponsorship) 8 days after PHOT announced it got off the greys.

We still don't know how the SEC investigation into the reasons they were suspended in the first place. Yes, a couple manipulators were found, but we have not seen any charges against PHOT or its management, yet.

Sometimes these SEC investigation can take 2, 3, or even 5 years to result in charges....or not.
