Sure, Ken posted that here and on twitter today to confirm that hasn't changed. The best news here is ken posted on twitter that there is a 90-day share structure lock as of yesterday so no new shares can be issued. Very exciting.

$SDVI Authorized is 7 Billion. Ex-CEO did this. But as stated no new issuance of stock for 90 days and OTC Pink Current.
