Alamo CBD? Lol. What ever happened to the Texas facility that Alamo "selected" Indoor Harvest to design build back in July, the month the LLC was formed?
I think the financing to get rid of the convertible debt will be a challenge...as it has been all along for Chad.
But in the penny MJ world, all you need is "acquisition", "spin off", "IP rights"....and a few other buzzwords to get a little action ;-)
