You mean all those closed or soon to be closed Sears stores won't be collecting huge rent as gigantic health clubs?

But Buffett is still a big shareholder in Seritage. SRG yields an unimpressive 2.3% with a declining share price. I root for Warren, but I don't think SRG was his finest hour. This may be one case where Buffett is simply too old to get it right.
