the volume seems to be coming back to normal levels.
The "Last" price on my screen seems to be trading more in the full 5 cents instead of pennies. 2.95 or 3, instead of .98

8 or 9 market makers playing, on the bid and ask. Another 6 - 7 with out of range bids and offers.

The key is after hours. Friday I think it was over 60k. Which tells me an institution placed an order to buy and let the market maker earn a couple of pennies per share. Because the after hours was $3, tells me it was a buy.
