I was worried about that. Funny how kids these days want to be anything but lawyers. CPA carries prestige without the stigma of poverty. LOL!

"IMHO, the CPA license is the masters equivalent." Yes, but nowadays you've got to have about 150 classroom hours vs 120 hours in the past.

Getting a CPA now takes a lot of money and time. My own CPA told me it was mostly a way to keep competition down. Plus there's a lot more to learn... with all the computer stuff for instance.
