If you want to discuss hemp in its broadest sense of the product, then yes, you are correct. Now specifically the hemp derivatives that would be used in a sports drink would not fall in that category and is already in use in the USA.

Been away for awhile.... am I reading your post correctly? This company has Hemp drinks now?
