It's a Zombie shell. The insiders or scammers already run out of the market. That's the Zombie part - mindless as no one running the company. How would a scam stock run, without the insiders to issue PR pumps? No pom-poms to shake.
Currently one has a real estate baboon from Florida as the new CEO of record. Holding it as a shell for a Barton to possibly use later on. And what happens when a new scam enters the Microcrap market, and does a R/M into MNZO? Answer: The remaining MNZO SHs get wiped out.
The only interesting item for this scam is what did Kenny do to draw the ire of the SEC. Also, when is a litigation, or administrative notice going to appear on the SEC site?
