the OS is so tiny 600 000 shares would give you 10% ownership that's nothing at this price per share if I would buy this much do I need to file any sec forms , im just a small time dude in Canada ?
Also im assuming no hostile takeover can occur because the ceo owns 50 something percent correct
I mena lets say you manage to accumulate with an average of 2 cents 3 million shares is 60 000$ its nothing
