I will wait for an update from the company, presumably in the 10-K that will be due in late March with an extension allowed to mid-April.

The company didn't have the financial means to acquire much of a stake ($15K in cash as of 9/30), and it didn't explain the relationship between Rose Capital and itself, so it's not clear exactly what shareholders of HLIX acquired or what it cost.

BioTrack THC has not publicly disclosed anything about the transaction either. Their website hasn't been updated to show that Venegas is a Director, but it shows only their executive team in any event.
