As someone who is long, I would be pleased if you are correct. However this is pure speculation (as you said, "possibly"). It is backed up by the same amount of facts as those who say the company is out of business. The fact is that no one knows what is going on with VELA except George Alvarez and his inner circle/management team. Until VelaTel actually files, hopeful claims like this are mere speculation.
