I think it's 1 of 2 things:

1) they aren't close on a partnership so they are simply raising some funds; this may portend the next round of Atopic Derm data might not be as encouraging

2) They have giving these investors a chance to buy before a big move

At least this is the year we'll know on GALT

nobody likes 90 cents a share. Galt may not be as desperate, as some housewives, or senators in need of raising cash, as the stock price suggests. I don't know. but at 90 cents a share, you'll have trouble convincing me that some very wealthy people are not interested or that the stock market never undervalues a company. The show will go on with or without a partnership that's what we know.
