Sorry I wasn't clear. My thinking is that well before anyone got arrested PP WANTED IMSC to get another lender so they could get their hands on $80 million quickly. At first it may have been to postpone the inevitable. Or, it may have been "get out of town" money.
My point, if I have one, is that it's conceivable our BK filing was legitimately in the best interests of shareholders.
This reminds me of the Kennedy assassination. People will believe what they want to believe and there will NEVER be enough facts to make the final outcome indisputable. GLTA longs
