Strategic Tech Investor is a part of a HUGE financial newsletter that has global reach with millions of paid subscribers. I am a paid subscriber to one of their newsletters too (but don't know about this that you mentioned).

The company claims many high profile hedge funds are paid subscribers too. If what you say is correct we will have a huge stream of new whale investors looking at CGRA in 2017!
This global financial newsletter company is very well respected in financial world and their recommendations are LONG TERM and usually VERY SUCCESSFULL!
