Nice summary article on the proposed new SEC rules for miners which may go into effect later in 2017. But this caught my eye about existing rules:

The SEC currently prohibits reporting of mineral estimates other than reserves (with a limited exception that is only available to Canadian companies), and this is one of the most prominent points on which they differ from requirements elsewhere in the world.

Mexus has no hesitation about issuing estimates of tonnages and grades.
